Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
Whole banana
Wheat germ
Flax Seeds
Honey (raw honey makes a wonderful spread)
Cinnamon
Spread all ingredients on tortilla and roll. Slice to serve.
