An occasional series that makes your life easier in five minutes or less. Up today: Banana Bites, a delish and simple lunch for your minis that will keep them smiling too. It’s also a perfect after school snack. My kids gobble them up. Serve them as finger foods or as faux sushi with chopsticks.

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
Whole banana
Wheat germ
Flax Seeds
Honey (raw honey makes a wonderful spread)
Cinnamon

Spread all ingredients on tortilla and roll. Slice to serve.
