A snack in less than 5 minutes that is cool, refreshing, and even more fun because it is on a stick!  It might sound a little strange but chili powder and lime bring a plain ol’ mango to a whole new level.

Peel and slice a mango into 8 wedges. Place them in a bowl and toss them with the juice of 1 lime.

Sprinkle with the chili powder mixture.

Better than a popsicle, I swear!

    Yum!
You know what I would love? A tutorial on how you cute that mango in such beautiful wedges. This is my favorite fruit, so really I don’t care that it looks like I got in a fight with it before I eat it…but when I cut mangos, the pieces look so tattered and sad. Any pointers on how to know where the heck that odd-shaped seed is, and how to make the cuts beautiful wedges like you picture here? :)

    Thanks!
