We are getting ready to redo my daughters room. She will be leaving her bigger room and giving it to her two brothers that share…its only fair. These days she has little in the way of toys and things anyway…so no real reason to keep her in the bigger room.
Lucky her she is getting a make over. We are tired of the pink walls, and ready for something more grown up, metro, but fun.
A little peek into the look…and then the items below will make some sense. Chocolate brown walls, white bed, white linens, wall of white frames, with nothing but bold, colorful, paper esque creations with a nature theme. Large white tree mural on one wall with handmade paper leaves and flowers. Colorful pillows that look like flowers made of ruffles…I could go on…but you are starting to get the feel.
As I have been doing my Etsy trolling, I have been tagging things that have inspired this look. Not all will go in her room, but they are all awesome on their own and I felt deserved a bit of a shout out. I also love the creative use of paper as decor.
