I don’t really have a hard, fast formula on living bravely to share with you today. That would be too easy, and really, being brave is anything, but easy….  If you’re the kind of person that likes to count down…the official start of Spring is only 5 days away! I’m so ready for color to return to the world. Despite the fact that it snowed well over 7 inches last weekend, I am determined to bring a little spring inside. So the paper snowflakes…  Sitting here at my kitchen table, looking out the window, I am waiting for the snowfall to begin. The weatherman is throwing out phrases like ‘feet of snow’ and ‘blowing and drifting’. School has been cancelled and the pantry is stocked. My boys are planning snow forts and sledding. I am planning hot chocolate. There…  As a child, one of my favorite things to do was look through our family photo albums. I would sit for hours studying each image, recalling the people and places in our pictures. Maybe this was where my love for photography really began. Now, as a mother I can see my own children doing the…  Now that Thanksgiving is over, it seems we are fast forwarding into thoughts of Christmas. Before having children I knew there were a few traditions and memory makers from my own childhood that I wanted to share when the time came to have a family of our own…the Christmas Eve meal, Christmas storybooks passed down…  I’ve taken pictures for as long as I can remember. It started with a Kodak Disc camera (does anyone remember those) that I got for Christmas in sixth grade. I snapped pictures of my little brother, my friends and scenes from our summer vacations.
