March … the longest month of the year, right? When I was in school March always equalled Spring Break which always equalled a week at the beach. Even though I no longer get a Spring Break or a week at the beach I still get that itch to shop for new spring clothes. To try and talk the warmth of spring to make its way to the Midwest I have been doing a little online browsing … “window shopping” you might call it. I thought I’d share with you some of the outfits I’m dreaming of (preferably with a few pounds shed and a sun-kissed face) …

dress via mod cloth. jacket via ruche. shoes via piperlime.

jeans via jcrew. sweater via j.crew. shoes via mod cloth.

dress via old navy. sweater via old navy. bangles via forever21. shoes via piperlime & piperlime.

jeans via the gap. shirt via the gap. clutch via target. shoes via piperlime.

dress via ruche. scarf via ruche. boots via piperlime.
What do you think? Do these outfits have you dreaming of Spring like they do me? Know something else these outfits do for me? They make me realize how my extra winter fluff isn’t going to hide so well when I’m no longer wearing sweaters and giant coats. So, to prepare we’ve been doing workout videos at home. I’ve never been a workout video kind of gal, but we recently discovered that we have a channel through our cable called ‘Exercise On-Demand‘. If you have cable, you probably have it, too! You can scroll through dozens of videos and start them with just one push of a button. It’s fabulous. And, free.
If you don’t have cable you are not out of luck. Check out Exercise TV online. They have all of the same videos on their website (and more!) and you can watch any of them unlimitedly for free. What?! I know. Totally awesome. Totally free.
The video I am absolutely loving the most right now is Angie Stewart’s Yoga Fitness Fusion. It is not for the faint of heart and I didn’t even get through the entire 45 minutes the first couple times I did it. But, if you’re looking for a challenging workout that needs nothing but yourself and a little motivation I think you’ll love it, too.
I’d love to know your thoughts on this post. What do you think of the outfits? Any clothing sites you can share? What about Exercise TV? New or old news to you? If any of you try Angie’s video I’d LOVE to hear what you think!
