I‘m excited to feature Jessica Cudzilo today. Not only is she an incredible lifestyle and wedding photographer, but she is the founder of 503 Online Workshops, where she ‘turns wanna be photographers into photographers, one workshop at a time’. These workshops are amazing and so is she! So please help me in warmly welcoming Jessica…
About Me:
In my former life I was a children’s pastor which kept my days filled with creating events, painting sets and finding as many ways as possible to make Sunday mornings the best day ever for kids in Memphis. When my husband and I moved to Cincinnati for him to complete his residency I was finally able to jump in and pursue the dream I had all along: photography.
So, I spent our first year here as a full-time student … taking classes, workshops, interviewing other photographers, reading books, watching training DVDs, and of course practicing, failing, succeeding here and there and practicing some more. I just finished up my first official year as a full-time photographer / business owner and am so humbled to be doing something I love so much.
The Workshop:
After spending a solid year devoting myself to the art of photography I started to realize that there was nothing out there for others like me to obtain the same level of education, but in a way that was more refined and sensitive to busy schedules. And, so I decided to do something about it! I created a simple page on Blogger announcing I’d be hosting a workshop and then told my husband that if 5 people signed up I’d be thrilled.
Twenty-one filled the “seats” of my first workshop and I was floored! I could not believe just how hungry people were to know their cameras better and also just how much hidden talent most people have! Three workshops in and they are selling out like hot cakes. : ) My website has tons of info! The FAQ page has detailed info about what’s offered as well, click HERE to learn more!
A Little Something Else:
Every Friday I have “Photography Friday” on my blog. The first Friday of the month I interview another photographer (Jasmine Star, Sheye Rosemeyer, Jesh de Rox and Cheryl Muhr coming next) and then on the other Fridays I take a photo of mine and dissect it … explain my thought process, the location, gear I used, and the settings.
There are all sorts of ways to keep up with Jessica and her fabulous work:
But for now, feast your eyes on some of her favorite images… (and can you blame her? Gorgeous!)

That’s right friends – Jessica is offering ONE spot in her sold-out August workshop! This is a $250 value! Just like yesterday the details are as follows:
- All you have to do to enter is leave a comment. I know you’d like another way to win, so go ahead and spread the word! Twitter, Facebook, Blog, subscribe, or become a FB Fan – whatever tickles your fancy. If you already are a fan or subscribe, just leave another comment telling me so! The catch is you must come back and leave a separate comment linking up to your shout out, or letting me know that you subscribe or are a FB ‘fan’.If you don’t leave additional comments it won’t count (easier for me this way, I’m not gonna sugar coat it).
- The other catch is, this giveaway ENDS this evening at 10pm PST. I know it’s a short one, but I forewarned you that the giveaways were unique during the series. I’ll get ahold of the winner bright and early tomorrow morning, no waiting it out for a week to find out. Pretty great isn’t it?
