Jules Clancy from The Stone Soup vowed to only cook recipes that had 5 ingredients or less! Easy recipes and beautiful photography make this blog the latest to hit my reader.

My blog is about simple good food. It focuses on 5 ingredient recipes.
I fell in love with food blogs and decided to start one of my own. Initially it was just about me recording what I was cooking but it’s now evolved to be much more than that. I love helping people become more confident in the kitchen.
I find inspiration everywhere. Often it’s from making something up based on whats in my fridge and pantry. I also have a serious cookbook addiction so that also provides ideas. Blogs and magazines also help.
I blog to help people become better home cooks. And because I love writing about food and food photography.
The most rewarding aspect is getting comments and emails from readers telling me how my blog has helped them with their cooking. Or when they love a particular recipe. It’s really nice to be helping people!
Advice: Just do it! Jump in and find your way from there.
