lets decide to just go for it, shall we? try something different perhaps? maybe yoga or pilates, how about rock climbing or a jazz dance class? whatever it is, even if just walking – make the commitment to do it.
perhaps you want to involve the kids? our little ones seem to have so much energy as it is, gather some of that for an afternoon game of tag. if the weather is good you could go exploring.
this is one i really need to work on, remembering it takes 21 days to form a habit, so allow this time to set in. it will be so worth it!
