Color? Used to be nothing but pink, but over the past few years, noticing that I’m drawn to green more.
Childhood memory? Lots of favs I think I’m pretty lucky to say. I loved going to sleep in the spring time with the fan in the window blowing in fresh, cool spring air. I can still hear the hum of it.
Dessert? Paradise Pie from Chili’s

Book you have read? Again, lots of favs. The Power of One had a huge impact on me.
TV Show? Glee is my fav of late, by far. But I also love to watch Tori and Dean, Real Housewives of NJ, and don’t tell anyone, but I also watch Kendra.
Way to spend a Friday night? Hanging out with the hubs and kiddos at home if I don’t have a session the next morning.
Boots or Flip-flops? Flip-flops. It’s part of the Austin, TX uniform. (Surprised it’s not boots?)
Mac or PC? Mac, but I do miss my PC.
Beach or Mountains? Beach.
Massage or Pedicure? Massage. In spite of my biz name, I’m very anti feet.
Dog or Cat? We have dogs, but I kinda wished we didn’t.
Coffee or Tea? Fresca.
Morning Person or Night Owl? Night Owl for sure.
What are three words you would use to describe yourself? Exuberant, tired, scattered.
Some random fact about you very few people know.
- I’ve been stung by scorpions 7 times and bitten by a snake once.
- I have never been able to turn down a donut.
- I’ve always wanted to travel to Africa.
- I’m afraid of cats.
If you could have coffee with anyone famous (past or present) who would it be and why? Hmmmm…I don’t know. There are several photographers I can think of.
What or who gives you inspiration? Clothing catalogs, music, and movies are a constant source of inspiration for my photography.
If you could share one bit of advice for your teenage self what would it be? Straight A’s aren’t as important as enjoying friendships in high school. I was too competitive (Rachael on Glee ;-) and I should have played more.
