while i am not claiming to be a master in the kitchen, goodness knows i am not, i still enjoy attempting new recipes now and again. these chocolate brownies cameo as a cupcake and are delectably delicious. even better – they are not terribly bad for you either! adapted from a weight watchers recipe, i did some tweaking to make them even better for us. does my family notice that they are healthy? not a chance. they are usually gone within a few nights. i doubled the batch this last time and hope they will maybe make it to the weekend… doubtful, but a girl can hope!
