This is so cool! I love this idea — I’m going to download it right now, and use it {soon.} I am 100% guilty of neglecting my friendships. When we DO get together, we have such a great time.

As a side note, I think I will use this at the beginning of the school year and ask my kids’ teachers to fill it out.

Well, maybe this makes me seem super business-like, which I’m not, but I like using Microsoft Outlook to keep contact info for friends, like their name, address, phone #, email, etc. I can code which people I want to send Christmas notes to, and then there’s a section called “Notes” that is simply a big box in which I can type anything I want. That’s where I like to take note of these kinds of special details. I can print it off if I need to, or pull it up and refresh my memory if I know I’m going to see her at a party. So if her son broke his leg or she hates peanut butter, it’s right there and can be easily accessed and updated.

But it’s not at all as cute as your method. I’m so utilitarian, I neglect fun and beauty sometimes. Just wanted to toss the idea out there for people who use their computers a lot. I’m sure people with an iPhone or similar gadget would have something like that, too. I think people in sales and marketing use that all the time for clients, so that they know the name of a contact’s secretary, what flowers she likes, etc. Might as well put it to use to bless our friends! I know I feel loved when people remember little things about me (my post today is about that, and “OvercomingBusy” pointed me to you because of it!).
