This week there have been some fantastic ideas and entries submitted.  Here are a few quick favorites before I go to take care of MYSELF this Saturday morning.  (It’s been a long week!)  :)

TreatingI love how bandkgriff showed us how she cares for herself daily.  Not just on special occasions, but to keep her body healthy for her family.

Some of you treat yourself to beautiful trinkets like the ones hvanderveer purchased from etsy (these are beautiful!).

And I must admit that I’ve indulged in many a venti Starbucks myself on stressful days… and just like that, the fog clears a little bit.  :)  Thanks, sblc!

I also thought it might be fun to feature a few favorite ideas from some of our Facebook fans this week!  We asked, “How do you take care of yourself?”  Here are some of the responses…

  • Zumba
  • Running
  • Walking
  • Cross-fit
  • Weight-lifting
  • Manicures
  • Massages
  • Creating
  • Loving Someone

Did you notice how many of us consider exercise in the treating ourselves well category?  What a great way to look at it, rather than being a chore.  After all, it’s an investment toward our healthy future, and sets a wonderful positive example for our children as well.  Hats off to you, healthy and creative mamas!

If you haven’t submitted your entry to the photo challenge yet, I’d encourage you to do something wonderful for yourself this week, and document it for us!  Entries will be accepted through midnight on Monday, March 14.  Upload your image to our flickr pool for a chance to win an amazing one-year membership to PT4P, from our own Michele Anderson at PinkleToes Photography!

One last thought… don’t forget to Spring Forward tonight if you’re on Eastern Time like I am.  I’m looking forward to enjoying the sunshine with my kiddos for a little longer in the evenings!
