One of my favorite action sets to use is the Bag of Tricks from MCP Actions.  Being a food blogger, my images have to be very realistic and the food needs to look as close to real life as possible.  This action set lets me make some major impact in very little time.  Color casts are a big problem for me, and as much as I try to get it correct in camera, sometimes I need a little help after the fact.  That is where Bag of Tricks really helps me out.  No more blue plates and orange pizza dough for me!  This action set makes subtle changes that have big impacts on pictures.  I love that this action set gives me the freedom to fix some very common errors and problems and make my images that much more beautiful.
