I haven't yet formed an actual mission statement. However,it is always my desire to "bear the light of hope & encouragement" to those in my circle of influence. I also want to be and offer a "Safe House" to others (as in underground railroad - supporting others on their journey towards freedom).

We have a family mission statement and it is from the Bible: John 10:10
"Living life to the full"
It really has become a central part of our family. Helps us keep on track- even helped us name our children. BOTH of our children's names mean "Life". Vivia Victoria- (victorious life) and Paolo Rio Chaim- (Little river of life).

My personal one, as my role as a mom, lately has been
Psalm 84:3
Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow builds her nest and raises her young at a place near your altar, O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, my King and my God!

This inspires me as I raise my kids to live a God-centric life. And helps me to keep mine there as well...
